Welcome to « Change the Game » – JCI European Presidents Meeting 2025!

JCI Luxembourg is proud to host the 2025 edition of the JCI European Presidents Meeting (EPM), an event that will bring together 100 young leaders from 30 countries across Europe. Set in the vibrant city of Luxembourg, this conference will serve as a hub for innovative ideas and bold leadership, challenging participants to rethink how they approach the world’s most pressing challenges. With the theme « Change the Game, » the event will focus on empowering leaders to drive positive change and inspire transformation.

Over the course of three days, attendees will engage in interactive workshops, thought-provoking sessions, and keynote speeches designed to push the boundaries of conventional leadership. From sustainable development to the future of leadership, the conference will offer a platform for exchanging best practices, fostering collaboration, and turning ideas into action. The modern Technopolis conference center will host the main events, while the historic district of Clausen will offer a unique cultural backdrop.

More than just a meeting, « Change the Game » represents the beginning of a new era of leadership in JCI Europe. It will provide young leaders with the tools and network to not just play by the rules, but to redefine them, inspiring long-lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
